Pilates Principles - Beginner

For those seeking a gentle intro to the principles of Pilates.  This class will give you a solid foundation,allowing you to attend mixed ability classes.

 

Pilates Progression - Improver

For those who have the foundations and understanding of the principles through attending a beginners course.  This class offers increased challenges and offers individualised modifications.

 

Pilates Pick & Mix – Mixed Ability

This class is ideally suited to those attending a regular class or course but wish to add a second or even third class into their Pilates regime.  The class offers a range of the Pilates movements to accommodate all levels of experience. 


Pilates Powerhouse - Intermediate/Advanced

This is for those inspiredexercise regulars who have progressed through the levels under rigorous instruction.  New participants are very welcome but booking is essential and a one to one consultation is advisable.

 

Pre and Post Natal Pilates

You can think of this class as ‘flat tummies for mummies’.  This class targets all the areas expectant mums and new mums want and need to target.  It gives a safe, effective and functional Pilates based workout.  Balls and bands often used.  Babies welcome.


Play Ball Workshop

This termly workshop incorporates traditional Pilates exercise with flexibility and relaxation, all using your stability ball.  This class is ideally suited to those with their own ball looking for home workout ideas, for those thinking of purchasing one or for those who want an extra workout. Parent & Child Dance

This weekly dance class, based at the Yorshire Dance Centre, is for parents and children between the ages of 2 - 4 years old. No experience necessary. Entrance is free with a child.
